The Trash Pandas

An unflattering, but well-deserved title.  And yet, this clever little band of bandits provides a valuable service to the world and to the health of the forests surrounding Lake Tahoe.  Raccoons are the ‘clean-up’ crew, feasting on insects, eggs, birds, mice, and carrion, and they delight in pet food and discarded leftovers!  When the weather is good, they’ll cruise your ‘hood.  You may see them one day in a Walmart dumpster near you, but night time is when they REALLY ROCK!
